Help what is it and is it bad ?

This started growing out of my like Rock about a
Month ago, it's white looks like wet coton , there was one large now there's like 2 smaller ones growing on the other side any ideas?

Looks like a sponge..a good thing.

A closer/larger pic would make ID a bit easier
