green striped legs with black bands, black/brown claws pretty big.

Are the tips of his claws black? It somewhat looks like a gorilla crab

The photo is too blurry to really tell what it is. But the sump does seem like a good place to toss it until you figure it out.

Sump is always better then death!

y would u kill the little guy if u dont want throw it in the sum then i am sure someone would take it or even feed there animlas that eats it

when in doubt take it out.... I never killed any unwanted critters..I had some rock crabs grow to 2-3" in the sump and fuge.

looks almost like a regular green crab, but why it would be in a reef beats me.

Cant really tell from the pictures, but looks like a baby blue crab thats commonly found on the Atlantic Coast.

Its definitely a stone crab. I guess i'll put him in the sump

Claws are black for sure, I need a better camera
