ID Help Please

So, I noticed these lil things slithering in my wet/dry filter. Unfortunately, my digital cam sux and won't take the picture of it. So I have a video. You can pause the video in the beginning if you need a still of it. Lower volume before viewing if you need to.
You can see them at the very start of the video.

If you can help ID, that would be great. Thx!
Also, how to remove if necessary.

Looks like a clear flatworm. Harmless.
