looks like a dendro

dendro. it's non photosynthetic so you'll have to feed it. you'll usually see its tentacles out at night.

dendro and it dont need a lot of light so you can put it anywhere in your tank.. if you feed your tank then you dont have to go crazy feeding it I feed mine 1 or 2 times a month with tweesers and mysiss(one each) and I have had 2 heads for a long time now they are growing and I have 2 big heads and 2 smaller heads, so Im guessing they are happy if they are reporducing..
