I know i know its a bad pick lol.. but that the best i could do with my camera, anyway you can see these thin strands on the upper right and towards the middle several of them against the rock. its a super fine strand with smaller bristles running along its length, and extend from a white base on the rock. it seems to cast them out out to float around and then jerks them back like fishing. Thinking its digitate hydroids, but just wanna get a second opinion.
