Since you are in Puerto Rico you may want to check out All Seas in Miami at (305) 592-6636 or Segrest Farms in Tampa at (813) 677-9196. Elwyn Segrest probably brings in more net-caught Philippine fish than anyone. The fish would probably arrive in better shape from Florida than California due to shorter shipping times. Good luck and sorry you are having so much trouble finding a wholesaler.
