Perhaps...but the millions that have been thrown at it to little acclaim are.
This just in....another 10-13 million is seriously being solicited for it and will be run,divided and administered by MAC/ REEF CHECK and the 'think-tank...' the S.F. based CCIF. They will probably get it.
That will come to over $5,000 per collector.

Than kick the right wing out replace them with those concerned about the common man, fish and coral and provide monies to those like you who have experience in dealing with training and other issues.

But, the first priority is to stop the import of fish from the Philippines and Indonesia where the use of cyanide is rampant in order to give a freshe chance for the industry to set up a legal and ethical practice.
