I receivd a fax from a nice gentleman at MAC informing me that the 990's were available at Guidestar. When I looked a few weeks ago all Guidestar had available was through 2003. Now 2004 is also available. I'll just have to wait for 2005.

The 990's are an annual filing. I now have access to 1998 - 2004. They should be in the middle of filing for 2005.

There is no law that they have to be posted, just that they have to be supplied when requested. Many organizations just make them available via their own web page, or through a site such as GuideStar.org. Thsi way they are not having to deal with requests, but rather just direct the requestor to the site. I believe that according to the letter of the law, I could make a demand that they send them to me. They have the right to charge a small fee for doing so though.

We'd love to see the amount spent over the years to juxtapose to the achievement claimed and the achievement we know occurred.

This is in fact the flip side of NGOs. They are allegedly transparent and have nothing to hide [ except everything that is threatened in the employees non disclosure contracts].
For those of you still naive enough to think that the floodgates will soon open in the MAC supply line...let me put it this way;
You couldn't run a small Petco salt section on whats coming.
The new guys pretending at this don't even know what a USL is and couldn't hold on to a supply line to save their lives.
They are desperate, aggressive, demanding and incompetent.
They will not even hold on to the trainers and staff they have in due time and won't produce but some ordinary, same ol same ol stuff as before.

The game however may simply be to produce but a token amount of junk fish and declare victory, because to the uninitiated...fish are fish...and to the image conscious, any fish will do to deodorize the other 98% delt in.
1-2% MAC fish mixed with the er...undocumented normal ones will make them all assumed netcaught , sustainably procured fish...and it will be willfully spun that way.

Since my previous posting it has now been regretfully confirmed that Criminal proceedings (Ref IS 06D5239) have been made against the MAC/MAMTI Staff of Paul Holthus, Arun Abraham, Carmen Mercader, Michael Ocana, Michael Ramos and Stuart Green for violating the Philippines Republic Act 8792 (Philippine E-Commerce Act).

This is riding the line of unsubstantiated gossip. If anyone has some evidence I would like to see it. If not, I am considering locking the thread. Thanks for your understanding.

When I made that statement I was generalizing, and no I have not read all 109 or so of your posts. I just did though and I did find some of your posts were constructive and communicated in an adult manner. So I apologize for making that generalization.

Unfortunately a high percentage of your posts in this forum are not constructive or communicated in this same manner.
