Thanks guys....Mitch, JT, Steve.....very much appreciated.

Actually, I am very interested in playing a major role in getting the industry organized and running under a managed plan. I see that history is being made right now, and that we are doing our part to give leadership to a new generation of Industry traders.

I would have liked to have earned the leadership role in Amda, but our timing was not right and we did not get voted in. Now, Amda is less than it was a year ago, and most of the other elected officers have left their roles our of frustration with the new agenda. My plan must wait another year, and I am hoping to have the opportunity to do something more with my passion that just running our wholesale business to the best of our abilities.

I am trying to find the time to be more active in the political side of the industry and hope to get support from my partners to pursue these goals over the next few years. Who knows what the future holds?

Best regards,

Eric

Eric knows the difference between clear a barrier net for fish collecting and a green chicken coop net.
Yes....the green chicken netting was offered in place of cyanide and kept the divers from embracing net collecting for years in Les in the early 90's.. This costly error alone retarded progress and killed thousands of coral heads. .
This kind of thing must stop and we need professionals in charge for any chance at reforms to actually take place.
