I guess this is called FEE-dom of speech as contrasted to FREE-dom of speech.
PS. This time there will be witnesses from the USCRTF to hear all sides.

Paying full costs of registration, travel,, hotel etc. adds up to about 100 dollars a minute to speak to make the contribution.
For incoming participants from Bali and the Philippines...even more.

Hey fifteen minutes is all you get. BTW I spent more than that going to MO04 and didn't get to speak at all. Look at it as a mini vacation and a chance to network and make new friends. There are other opportunities to make your points besides your presentation.
