The Coral Reef Conservation Act is up for renewal and I wanted to get some opinions on whether it is somehting to support or not.

Steven is it possible to widen the scope of the Act to deal with Unsuitable Species Lisitings (USL), the transport and holding of marine fish similar to what the Hawaiian legislature has adopted?
