445 or 453 strips ???????

I'm going to add a 12 inch LED strip to my 29gallon bio cube but I can't decide on 445 or 453 ??? Which one will give it more pop ?

R u referring to the Ecoxotic strips? I went with the blue/white combo and the 445/blue in my Biocube 14. Love them. Everthing pops.
