What would be better ?

I want your opinions about these 2 lights, (only these) deep blue quad, and marineland reef capable led's. right now all I have is softies and zoa's.

What size tank?
I had a DB quad on a 20high and loved it. Grew anything anywhere. I've also seen the 48" fixture growing SPS in a 75gal. I've read nothing good about the marinelands.
