Can anybody tell me what this is and how to save my hollywood stunner Chalice Coral?!
I went away for 2 days and the auto feeder malfunctioned and overfed tank. 1 fish died and corals dont look good. Amonia is high and Ph is low. Trying to fix that but need advice on chalice coral!

To fix the coral, you need to improve the water quality ASAP.

I would:
Immediate 50% water change. Run carbon like crazy.
Then another 50% water change tomorrow, change carbon.

Make sure the water is proper temperature and all levels, salinity perfect. No need to stress your tank further.

Is that all dead tissue? I can't tell how bad it is because the picture is pretty blurry.

most corals repsond well to changing your lighting for a bit. Ensure the water is top quality (test well full testing is needed) and if its not the water try dimming back the lights, possibly even full blue. The low light will force the coral to repair itself in search of food other than photosynthesis. It works well for me even with acros.

Edit: dont do it too long, just 3/4 days
