best way to cut heads off a frogspawn

ok so im lookin to cut dead heads off my frogspawn. what is the best way to cut it off, i dont have the cutter to do this. anything else i can use to cut the dead branches off??

They break off pretty easy. You can use a pair of pilers, wire cuts, snippers and even break them off with your hands.

Try not to snap the branch where there is any tissue. I just snap it with my hands but you can use a dremel.

Why cut them? Do they look bad? Sometimes they will grow back if bigger enough colonie

I would wait till things settle down. No rush to cut them.
I use those pointy nail scissors. I start snipping the branch where I want to break it and I just keep eating away more and more till it just breaks off. Same for candycanes.

Update ...for some reason ,, the colony cracked in half by itself ,, like 10-12 heads separated from the rest of the colony
