Is this a Brain??

I just got into the hobby and was given this coral that was nearly dying from a guy who was getting out of the hobby. I think it's a brain but not sure.

It look like a scoly to me. Does it have a mouth in the center?

Thanks for your all your input. I have been looking all over for something similar to it and I found that It looks like a coral brain lobo orange head. Thanks for those keen eyes.
