It does have a pink base. I found pictures of a corky finger gorgonian that looks similar. The polyps extended look so similar to eachother (GSP's and Gorgonian) I had no idea there was such similarity. Thanks!

The polyps are identical to most other GSP's that I have seen. I dont have much experience with gorgonians, though.

Yep, the polyps came out and they are definately GSP's. Thanks, I guess I have never really seen the branching sort.

Can anyone give me an ID on this coral? I picked it up at the LFS a few days ago, I am guessing A. Tortuosa, but wanted some other opinions. Thanks!

For some reson Xenia is the only coral that I have had trouble with over the years. It just doesnt want to grow for me.

I use the new Berlin X2 Turbo and it is doing very good on my 75. No problems so far.

I picked up this Wrasse at the LFS, they called it a gold bar wrasse. The only gold bar wrasse I have seen is Thaassoma hebraicum and this fish does not look at all similar. Any ideas on what kind of Wrasse this is? Thanks I will work on getting a better picture.....

Hmm, nutrient export through water change alone, I can live with that. If I was to get a skimmer though, does anyone have rcommendations on which one? Thanks
