    With the photo, I would say it looks just like a young Acropora tortuosa, (Oregon Tort) which would fit the color description as well. A very nice and expensive piece. I have tried them a few times, but never had any luck keeping them. The longest i was able to keep them was around 2 months, and...

    It looks like some sort of Planarian or worm. It could also be dirt stuck to the slime off of a coral floating in the water. Interesting pic though. wish i had your camera.

    I tend to agree with Julian that it is an Acanthastrea Echinata, but would require seeing the skeleton to correctly identify it's exact species.

    thanks guys, i will count these at the end of the month and tally them up. as far as my opinion They all work to some extent, except maybe the sulphur, but i could be wrong on even that.

    thanks, im sure my test kits were fouled when they froze about a month ago. the new kit i got is reading 0 nitrates. much better that the 80 that kit was showing .much better~! :lol:

    Can somebody help me on a question that i just cant find out anywhere. What does the zinc oxide in the tetratest nitrate tests do? and is it necessary for an accurate test.? Hope someone can help me. Thanks :lol: :roll: :o
