Looks like dino to me. Since your pic is sideways it's hard to tell but if you look closely you can see the slimy strands sticking out of the sand. They say having a blackout for a couple of days usually helps. I'm not as experienced as others so maybe someone can give you a better solution.

I saw those grandiis in person and when you have some more I definitely would like one. Great price looking forward to one.

I have a occ. and mine once came out of the tank while still attached to my arm. I hate it looking to give it away soon. My blenny also does it but it doesn't hurt like my clown.
