Looked at them for a short time, wasn't impressed. Nowhere near enough output coming from those units. You can get a lot more powerful LED setup for that price. Ended up going with a MaxSpect unit instead, and have been totally happy. -Hans

I've actually got a 50lb box from reefcleaners enroute to me. I've used them in the past for various macroalgae's and such, always been top-notch. Someday I'll try some of those fuzzy chitons. -Hans

I always snagged mine online from AH Supply.

Go with the 1200 initially..... but you may need to go with bigger for a full 1000ml. I'm using a maxijet 1200 to drive 500ml in a phosban 150 reactor, and it's just about perfect. -Hans

Yeah, that's the reason I may have to skip it and go straight to a teardown. The tank is in the main room of the house, and there's always somebody else home. I can get away with a lot, but a god-awful stench permeating the house is close to the top of no-no's. -Hans
