well, after a one month delay on finishing the stand i finally finished. I wanted to make stand look respectable yet workable without doors getting in the way so i made up some panels instead of hinging some doors, easy to take off and put on.I havent sealed the wood on the inside of stand yet...

3 weeks ago i had to due an emergency swap of a 210gallon tank with another 210g. I built a stand and didnt have time to finish it, do you guys think i can stain it and poly it with the tank there. i have some corals that survived the emergency move and sump is there to. should i cover the tank...

i use 4 socks in my sump, i change them once a week. the collection of debris alone is worth it.

are u running a skimmer in the sump? Do you have socks in the sump that have been there a while? If your lighting is old that could cause it as well.

how often do you feed fish? how much? Do you have a decent amount of water flow? Using a bandade imo is never good, finding the problem is great.

if u use gfo in a bag try to get the pellets then put them in a sock with hi water flow through it. What size tank is it that you have? You can get a reactor for 34 dollars and a maxi jet for 25 dollars and this will be much more effective.
