Coco worms (which you have) are great and beautiful with a harder tube than your average feather duster. However they tend to be a lot more shy and temperamental. Like Knugenx said, stick it in the substrate wedge between rocks.

Actually you can buy pods at your local LFS, if they happen to sell them. I've purchased them and they work great. Really populated my tank after a few weeks.
