I had the same problem when I compared my API and Salifert test kits. I think I had like an 80ppm difference between the two of them. So I had the water tested and the salifert was right on.

If possible I would like to keep it under $600.

Hi Guys, I just picked up a 180 gallon tank and it didn't come with a skimmer. So I am looking for recommendations on which one to buy. Honestly I would like to save a bit and buy a used one, but if I have to get a new one then that's what I have to do. Thanks
