I know dude. I just hate wearing anything extra. But then again, the H2O is a little cold the time of year the law is going to be in effect, and if I were to end up in the water, I would want one on. I guess if I can wear a body harness in a tree stand, I can wear an inflatable PFD when on the boat.

Looks like I'm putting a pulpit on the boat this winter. No way I'm wearing a PFD. That's pretty fruity.

I should be in by mid April. I wanna see what the Norwalk Show has to offer. Not that I'm in a rush for a new boat, but it's nice to see what's out there. Jwisson....What new law is this?

I can't wait either.....I especially can't wait for all the work ahead of me, bill from the yard for winter storage (not to mention the summer dock rental), dealing with ethanol issues (again), being pissed that my marina shuts off the water at 9pm, & let's not forget the jet skiers.:grumpy...

I don't think that's bubble algae. Looks more like a trapped gas.

I used the Octopus 800s for a while, and it skimmed well. Micro bubbles out the a$$ though. It's also a little finicky to get started. It was somewhat loud too. My remora works well, but is also kinda loud. I put foam in one of the chambers & it helps a little. The Deltec is still the way to go...

I cut down my portions & carefully measure everything. Also eliminated bad snacks. I'll grab an apple or an orange when I do. I'm always satisfied after a meal and lost 21 pounds since 1/4/10. I'm also doing light workouts. Still haven't quit smoking yet though. That's for after I hit my goal.
