In their letter to deny payment they said that it must have been a piece of lr that broke the bottom. I find that about impossible considering I had a 4in sand bed and a low reef mound.

I would agree with what you said about most manufacturers but All Glass offered me to reinburse for all of my damages. They lied, plain and simple.

let me just say that if the manufacturer does what they say they will do, I will most definately let everyone know who they are. I will get a replacement for what I had and try once more. Better results hopefully!

hey just a quick note. I was using culligan water from walmart for water changes and top offs and had the worst hair alge ever! As soon as I stopped using it the alge went gone gone! Word to the wise!!
