Hey Sam, what's up ! Happy is doing great and getting along fine with the other tankmates so far. I didn't get a true measurement on him yet but I think he's closer to 18" and is now the largest fish in my tank by one inch. Maybe your flagtail thinks he's on the chopping block next ! LOL Did they accept your offer on the house ?
