I was wondering if I tried to scrub the rock and rinse it with freshwater, if that would help or just...like you guys said just replace the rock

This is taking over our tank, the LFS calls it glove polyps and it has covered the sand as you can tell in the picture. The polyps have taken over several corals and have started to grow all over, I have heard turbo snails will eat them but they don't ....any suggestions
