Ok, I come home last night and check on the tank only to find that my Yellow Tang has a red coloration over his body?? I can't find any info on this and I've never had any probs before. Water contents are good, and everything else in the tank is fine...

If you have a local HD go and look in the outdoor lighting area, specifically around the security lights. You should find them there. I bought 2 of them, but I'm taking my back. The lights are to yellow for my taste and I don't have room for additional actnics.
