I hope your LFS is using a Hanna Checker or something better for phosphates. Otherwise those API, Salifert, or seachem always give me a zero reading while the Hanna gives me a 0.2ppm....
Your current Alk and CA readings shouldn't present a problem as severe as what you are showing in your pics.

Yes, you should consider dosing since your SPS and clam will consume the Alk and Ca for growth. Unless you do enough water changes to compensate for the loss or adding kalk.
