Bump, surely someone has had good experience with this skimmer that can help me out. I think part of my problem is this thing is not skimming...Is there any upgrades to this thing that will help? My CPR BakPak worked better than this thing has so far.

I have one about 6 weeks old with a mag drive and have noticed very little if any foam. most the time there is none. I've not had to empty the cup and there is very little liquid in it. Any info on how this thing is supposed to work and where to start with the cup would be appreciated.
