I just received my new Iwasaki 250watt 6500k metal halides, and noticed a small round piece of metal the size of a ballpoint pen's ballberring that rolls around in the gas chamber. Will this little ball of metal pose a problem? Will it have an effect on the lamps life, color, or possibly make it...

One at the top left rear, one toward front left middle, one in right rear corner and one on right middle toward top. There is no increase in heat at all. Those aren't the only submerged pumps I have (also have pumps in sump that power overflow and protein skimmer). No heat increase.

The more current the better :D On my 75g reef, I have a wavemaster pro with 4 maxi jet 1000 powerheads. Puts out an awesome current. Definitely go with the wavemaster. Also, on a tank that size you may want to look into the Tunze Turbelle pumps. I have a friend who has one on his 180 gallon...
