You might want to try dosing Vibrant for a couple of weeks. If that don't work then you have to take your rock out an scrub. I had an issue like this but it was hair alagae. Not sure what type though...

Very happy with my beautiful yellow tang and cardinal fish. They have very healthy fish and corals at Aqua Reef Aquatics in Eastchester. They are very helpful and staff is pleasant to deal with. I will definitely continue to go there.
