Biocube 14 newbie ...

What is the best filter media set up for my 14 gallon Bio cube using a filter media basket .
I am currently cycling my tank with 10 lbs of live sand and about 5 lbs of live rock. I also removed the Bio balls .
Any advice from the forum would be great.

i have a 28 jbj nano i dont use the filter media basket i have a sapphire protein skimmer in the center chamber,chemipure in one chamber aswell as carbon in the same chamber and the last chamber i have chaeto(macro algae)in the last chamber.im currently in the process of making my own media reactor that can fit in the chamber that i currently have the carbon and the chemipure in it..just neater than having bags of stuff to clean out
