6th ANNUAL NJRC FRAG SWAP & CONFERENCE

Greetings fellow Reefers!! We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting our 6th annual frag swap. We have a new location, new speakers and other new surprises we will be announcing as the swap gets closer.
The event is going to take place on November 3rd from 9 am to 5 pm at the NJ Expo Center Edison NJ www.njexpocenter.com
We are excited to bring you three speakers that we have never had before this year, John Warner, Justin Credabel, and Todd Gardner. There will of course be incredible raffles that we will be keeping you updated on. We already have your favorite vendors signed up for the event and some new faces as well. We hope you are going to join us because we are really excited for this years event.

As always we are offering a discounted rate for the early bird shoppers. From now until October 3rd tickets will be $15 per person or $20 for a family. After October 3 prices will go up to 20.00 for single and $25.00 per family so sign up early and save. If you would like to contact us about becoming a vendor please e-mail us at [email protected]

No you can go to the drop down box Frag Swap and fill out your info

I go the the Frag swap dropdown box and click on "individual registration". Then a login screen comes up. I don't see there is any way to register without signing in.

You are correct.

To register for the website(free) go to: http://www.njreefers.org/register.php

I'll let them know you have to sign in to register for the swap.

Yes, we do require that the vendors (and attendees) register a username on our forums before being able to complete the registration form. It's free and only takes a few minutes to create a username and then complete the email confirmation. They don't have to be a "paid" member, just a registered member.

The reason we require a login is because we need to know who to associate the registration information with. The completed form internally sends us info on who signs up, and then we have that info to compare against the paypal payment info we receive. When they login first, the username is connected to a valid email address that we can use to communicate if there are any issues.

I'm probably making this sound more complicated than it really is, but the bottom line is that we need them to have a username assigned to the registration for our records.

2012 NJRC Frag Swap

Greetings from New Jersey! We would like to invite you all to our Annual Frag Swap and Conference. We have a lot of new things to announce, but don't worry we are not losing any of our classic moments. So let's get down to the details:

When: Saturday November 3rd
Where: The New Jersey Expo Center 97 Sunfield Ave, Edison NJ 08837 or check it out at www.njexpocenter.com
How much: $15 for individuals $20 for families now until October 21 then the price goes up to $20 for individuals and $25 for families
Food will be served but is not included in the ticket price.

Let's cover the classic Swap conference fun first. We have three wonderful speakers coming down to speak at our event:

John Warner from Warner Marine is joining us from California to do a presentation on EcoBak Pellets and how to properly set them up in a reactor and run them.
We are also excited to have Justin Credabel and Todd Gardner join us form LIRA and will be talking about their amazing new endeavors out there

Vendors: We have already sold out the event for vendors, we have some of our classics but we also have a bunch of people coming in who we have never had the pleasure of doing business with before. Some vendors are flying out from Colorado and Utah and traveling from up and down the Eastern sea board to be apart of this event. Here is our list right now:
