Any recent homeowners recommend a good home inspector? Just got though attorney review and waiting on the inspection.

This guy just inspected my parents' house in Brooklyn. I don't know if he will travel to Jersey (i think he lives in LI), but it's worth trying. He was very good. Took about 2-3 hours, went on the roof, stuck his head in the chimney, etc. Extremely Thorough.t

I have dealt with Willy Ditmar of Dico in the past for clients homes. He is a buyers inspector and very thorough.

Craig lynch has done two of my homes, and several friends:

I can't find phone number in iPhone. I'll keep looking or google him, I believe in mahwah and or leonia. He teaches the certification courses for home inspectors. Very thorough
