Here is the return line setup I described. Perfect if you have a canopy. You can suspend the plumbing above the water line like this....

This is also how my sump drain line hits the water level. An even simpler method is to just cut the pipe at an angle with a saw, but it is not as easy to adjust it to match the water level if need be.

Last I checked this thread was to you and you did buy a new tank ( As seen on RC) I know what Matt is showing is not your tank silly :)
