I ordered a coral from ALD last week received coral the next day after acclimatimg i noticed some RTN on the bottom of the coral called them up was told to send a picture got a call back no problem we will replace it sorry for the inconvenience.Not only did they replace it with a bigger one they personally delivered to my house in Jersey.I met Dom & Alex two of the nicest guy's u will ever meet.Going above & beyond to satisfy the customer one happy camper here...

I bought 2 Fromia starfish from ALD recently, and one didn't make it.

They stood by their replacement policy, without any hassles. I would gladly recommend them to others.

not one bad thing to say about them they always have a great selection. Never had a problem but im sure they r stand up guys.
