The RENEW? simultaneously removes equal amounts of water from your sump and your mixing bin, and then simultaneously dispenses the water from the mixing bin into your sump while discarding the water removed from your sump. All you have to do is tell it how many gallons of water to change out, whether to do it as quickly as possible, over the course of a day, over the course of a week, and whether or not to repeat, and then press the "Start" button.

It carefully monitors its own operation and will halt if unusual conditions are detected. Plus, it communicates with the STORM? when removing water so that the STORM? knows that the water was not lost through evaporation and therefore doesn't attempt to top off with fresh water.
