Haha the XBOX challenge is good not just at 11pm but throughout from open to close but I understand your concern, though the concern can be raised for just about any neighborhood if you are walking around with a pocket full of cash. The neighborhood is safe and friendly - I think people still have this decadent view towards Brooklyn. Late at night, you might run into a few hippies heading for bunker parties but I hardly think you will need a glock for that...
