Need help with a lighting schedule

Hi Guys,
I got the acan rainbow from your website.
I am trying to figure out the ideal lighting schedule for my tank.
I would like the color temp to be around 10k mid day(i belive this is full spectrum correct?) and then taper off to 20k
Any suggestions on the lighting phase? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! t1-t5 please!
