My name is Vince - one of the two owners of Coral Theory.
First and foremost, I would like to extend my humblest apologies. No excuse will make it right for the inconveniences you two faced recently regarding our hours.
We have always prided ourselves in the quality of service we provide to our customers and it was disheartening to read such reviews. However, we are extremely thankful for the honest feedback and the opportunity to fix the issues.
As some of you may know, we started out as a small scale maintenance company - and with the help & support from this amazing community of hobbyists, our retail division, along with service, slowly grew from an appointment-only warehouse to where we are today.
Our motto from the beginning always has been "products first, features later"; we decided to focus heavily on the quality of products first and allow the features of the retail division to grow organically as needed; without trying to be the cheapest nor the biggest but with fair pricing and amazing selection we would be proud to have in our own aquariums. That same motto continues to hold true to this day and now it seems to be a much needed time to implement new features to keep pace with our growth.
Starting this week, we will be welcoming two new extremely talented staff members to the Coral Theory family. Someone will always be present at the shop well before the opening hour of the store. At least two people will always be present on all regular store hours to guarantee that such incidences never happen again.
We read and appreciate every feedback posted - We are still a small company and we are constantly striving to improve ourselves. Thank you to all our customers for your continued patronage and the opportunity to serve you. Those who have not had the chance to give us a try yet, please do stop by and check out the new shop. We will do our best to make sure that you walk out with a smile and bags of new goodies for your tank.

Came back from the store today. Happy again even more than even before. You guys are absolutely dedicated to make each visitor special. Customer service at its best. I used to work for a large company that deal with residential and business customers for 17 years, part of this time as a manager and I know how important excellent customer service is for the business.
