Commission or not they should do the right thing. I've been in retail for a long time and I made great money doing the right thing.

I've also called up to verify the price on several fish. I then drove an hour into the bronx the next day, just to be charged more on every fish by the actual person who quoted me. Malicious or not, it makes me not want to make the trip out there.

This is an excellent store, It has wonderful prices, And the fish are in their best health. I WOULD NEVER GO TO ANOTHER STORE! POINT BLANK!! I don't know what y'all talking about.:sigh:

I agree that the fish are healthy. Any fish I bought there have always been healthy. But that's not what people are currently complaining about.

I see alot of post but I'm going to say something... This I seen around my LFS hear on Long Island ... Everyone has a different vibe but always end up going back because this is a hobby and every store don't have the same corals or fish...
I went to this store for the first time today .. I'm speechless of the variety of all healthy fish and coral they have ... Prices are insane low and all tanks are mark with price also check there website for prices and they match... I met Nelson great guy and very highly costumer service came from him.his a very knowledge person !! Help me allot with all detail about all the fish I purchase .. This is #1 on my top list

That's one of the problems, why is there such big difference from the website and the price in the store.

Xxl banana wrasse in store $175, website $75.

Scotts ferry wrasse in store $250, website $175

I can keep going on price difference from store and web. I shouldn't have to check the stores website to see that I'm not getting suckered.
