Another DIAMOND: Seale's Cardinalfish (Apogon sealei)

I have 4 harems of these elusive and rarely imported cardinalfish. These cardinals are known to stay in "schools" unlike the orange-lined cardinals (A. cyanasoma) which school while younger but tend to pair up when they become adults.

These fish have bright blue eyes which is hard to see in the pics.

They eat flakes, frozen mysis, frozen brine and pellets.

I picked up a bunch of these from Dom yesterday. They are awesome, they all stay together in a tight school and the blue in their eye glows. All were eating like pigs right away. Great, healthy fish, thanks Dom!

Here they are in my tank, I love these fish, the way they school is a great thing to witness in a tank. Their eyes are fluorescent blue, but they dont show up well in pics.
