I placed an order LATE Wed. Night, Early Thursday morning a receive an E-Mail that the item is out of stock, but I can be upgraded to a similar item from from a different company who priced it higher at no cost to me
My package was quickly packed and shipped on Thursday and I received it on Friday.
I would like to add that these were plumbing and filtration supplies that I desperately needed, and went over a week with out and the quick turnaround really helped me avoid a tank disaster.
This is my 2nd order from TB Aquatics (1st was 12 T5 bulbs about 7-8 months ago) and both times I have been fully impressed. These guys offer better communication than even some of the huge, fully staffed "depot" websites.
This will certainly not be my last order, and I am actually already eyeing our skimmers and return pumps from TB for my frag tank.
