I will kick off the first question. Popeye in one eye, epsom salt only? Or in conjunction with Erythromycin?

@heuerfan I would say just Epsom salt (1 tablespoon per 5 gallons) for right now. But has he been dewormed? I think I see what looks like flukes in the eye.

He is in hyposalinity now 1.009 and will give a round of prazi after hypo and then a round of cupramine.

Hypo for 1 week will take care of any flukes. No need to dose prazi.

@heuerfan There's "something" inside of his eye ball. I think I would dose erythromycin. He might not be eating because tangs don't always do well in hypo.

Prazi becomes redundant when hypo is used. Scientific research has shown that hyposalinity at 15 ppt for 2 days eliminated juvenile and adult flukes. When maintained for 5 days, egg hatching was prevented.
