The former Grissom AFB is right on the highway I take to visit my parents. It's a rarely used reserve base now, but for a long time while I was growing up it was one of the main bases for the KC-135 Stratotanker refueling planes, as well as the A-10s that were used so extensively in Gulf War I. Now it's mostly a commercial air shipping facility, but they have a snazzy little air museum that's free and easy to get to. Took a boatload of shots on the way home from a visit to my parents' place and am just now getting time to edit some of them. Here are the first two...

the "nose" photo looks like an F-4 phantom.

the "bomber-prop" looks like a b-19.

"peacekeeper" is an a-10

and "6 o'clock" looks like an old b-51 04 even a b52... i cant tell and i am not sure of the classification on the old big bombers

F-4C to be precise. :D

I think that was it... Either a 19 or a 29.

Yep

I don't remember for sure what that one was. It also had a belly-gun blister. It's not a B52, as those are the big long-range jet bombers.

i do believe that the bomber prop is of a b-25 bomber, not a b-19. b-19 is a 4 engine bomer, the b-25 is a two propper. there ias also the lack of a vert stablizer in the photo, as the b-25 has two outboard ones, both of which are outside of the photo edges. (used to be aircrewman in military, saw alot of airshows w/vintage aircraft) :)
