I've been really happy with my G1, but I'm thinking of replacing it soon after seeing what's out on the market today. I'm interested in taking better macro shots, and I was hoping other reefers could make suggestions based on recent digital camera purchases that they've made.

I am not a great reef photo taker but I had the chance to use a Canon G5 over the weekend and had great success out side and a few okay shots of the tank, here is one that I took out side with the G5.

This is just too weird. I took some dragonfly macros a month ago with my G1! I found him on the surface of my pond and fished him out. Even with his tweaked wings, he was able to fly away. I hope he's doing okay.
