www.thephotoforum.com

It's a phpBB site, so looks almost identical to RDO, and it's all about photography! (Now just because I told you about it doesn't give you an excuse to not post here anymore! :P ;) )

I'm on over there now as 'Shark'. I thought it'd be a good place to show some more of my non-reef photos. I've got a thread of hockey photos going now. :)

I think that was just a contest winner or something.

You're not a dad, are you Inves? ;)

Another site for this wanna-be to lurk! Thx Sharkky (love the new av, btw).

IMO, if the picture was in color, it might be a little too much for some.. but it's not - and it celebrates the beginning of life outside the womb. How can that not be beautiful?

Even the word "womb" grosses me out. And yes it is probably because I am not a Dad. I say if you want to celebrate life........eat a plate of nachos. There is nothing better than nachos. Noone would object to a picture of nachos. That's all I have to say around heeyahh!

There's a place near my house that advertises fish tacos as their special on Thursday. I'm dying to try it.. but sounds kinda scary.

Uh-huh

(It reminds me of when I first moved to FL. There were these places that advertised "Fresh, HOT, Cubans!"... it took me a week before I finally had the nerve to ask and found out that a cuban was a type of sub sandwich  )

I've heard they're good (the fish tacos)... It just sounds wierd. Well, the fact that it's a mexican restaurant owned by and cooked for by Greeks (who are very nice, that wasn't a stab) kinda wierded me out, too.

I loooooove nachos with home made chips... ::drool::

How did a womb discussion become a nacho discussion? 8O

I'll second that. After the birth of our second the wife and I checked out the placenta. Dr was kind enought to give an impromto biology lesson on its function and structure.

Yup, went as long as she could then got the epidural (sp). It made things much easier on her. She strongly recommends it.

ohohoh! Gross out story gross out story!

I got to see my uterus with my second child! I had given thought to having a tubal after the second one because of a mess of complications I had while I was pregnant... well, there was so much scar tissue on it - making it large and rather impliable - that my doctor had to call in reinforcements (another ob/gyn) to help her push it back through the incision.

When he got there he moved that light that they've got overhead.. and I could CLEARLY see all that was going on.. talk about freaky! Thank god my husband wasn't around (he passes out at the sight of a needle).
