There's two ways. One way is to put the image tags around a URL which points to a jpeg, gif, or bmp. For example, <img>www.reefs.org/pictures</img> (but replace the < with [ and > with ]).

Second way is to upload it as an attachment. Any image attachment will display automatically. There is an "add attachment" section in the posting screen. Search your computer for the image and select it. Then click "add attachment" and make your post. Your image will show up automatically, and it will be saved on Reefs.org's server for posterity.
