I have been trying to learn the language through my son's gf & internet in order to encourage my granddaughter to use and not forget her native tongue, but unfortunately it is not working.
She is still refusing to speak tagalog even with her mom.
I understand that I have big time trouble with pronounciations and don't blame her for looking at me like I have 3 heads.LOL
I like the language and will continue w/the internet lessons behind closed doors.:shhh: Writting it is easy with dictionary translation.
